This plant has long been known and was widely used before in some medicinal potions. It is also called "lemon" because of its characteristic aroma.
Digestive and sedative deemed lemon balm can be drunk as a tea.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from April to June in pots or planters placed in sunny exposure and tamp the soil.
2. Transplanting: In the fall, replant the more vigorous plants still in pots.
3. Harvest: Harvest the leaves from June to September. You can grow lemon balm directly in your garden to sun exposure by sowing a plant every 30 cm.
